Coldspring Garden Club
Dear Members,
The Garden Club field trip to tour Irene Pawlowski’s gardens is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, at 10:00 am. Irene will also present a program on daylilies. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a sack lunch, as we will eat at the gardens and hold our final meeting of the year.
Carpooling and RSVP
If you wish to carpool, we will meet at the Coldspring Community Center and depart promptly at 9:00 am. Please RSVP to this email by Wednesday and indicate:
1. If you will be participating;
2. If you would like to carpool;
3. If you are available to be a carpool driver.

Dues
It is time to pay dues for the upcoming year. To be included in the membership book, payments must be received by July 1st. Dues are $10 for individuals or $15 for couples. Please make checks payable to "Coldspring Garden Club" and mail them to PO Box 1465, Coldspring, TX 77331, or bring cash or a check to the meeting.
Plant Sales
The Polk County Garden Club and the SHSU Plant & Soil Sciences Club are both holding plant sales on Saturday, May 2. Please find the attached information regarding these events.

Coldspring Garden Club
The objectives of the Coldspring Garden Club shall be to stimulate the knowledge and love of gardening among amateurs; to aid in the protection of native trees, plants and birds; and to encourage civic planting.
